Luxury residential developer, Westbourne Homes, designed a charming and unique country home filled with timeless charachter and New England styling. The New England look inspired the material approach to this luxury residential new build. The exterior facade is articulated with a traditional shiplap and natural cedarmill finish.
Placed on the highest point of the development with reaching views down the Thames Valley, it was important that the facade had the strength and durability to withstand all weather - rain or shine. James Hardie weatherboards are impact, fire, insect resistant and weather resistant, ensuring a long lasting finish. Ensuring a sleek and consistent look, the self contained garage is also fitted with horizontal weatherboarding by James Hardie.
