Our jobs are always updated on a daily basis. As soon as we have been able to successfully fill a job, we close the job posting.
We are especially interested in your CV. It helps us if, in addition to listing your stations, you also describe specific activities and responsibilities. Feel free to attach any documents that can highlight your qualifications. We appreciate a cover letter in which you already tell us something about your motivation to work with us, but it is not a must. If you have been made aware of the vacancy by one of our employees, please do not forget to include their name in your cover letter.

It is important for us that you are fully yourself. This way we both can see if we fit to each other. Authenticity and growth are very important to us. Think about what you really want. What kind of environment do you need to grow?

Your personal style of clothing makes you the person you are. You should feel comfortable with us. If you are still unsure, you can't go wrong with smart-casual.
Our recruiting processes are individual and depend on the respective position. Usually, the process starts with a first interview by video. This is followed by a second face-to-face interview, because we focus on personality. It is important for us to get to know each other to make sure it is a good fit for both sides. The feelgood factor plays a big role here, and the best way to discover this is through a face-to-face conversation. This also gives you the opportunity to get to know the team.
