‘This was one of the worst I have seen. The tiles and grout were cracked and the bathroom looked terrible. The homeowner was devastated as the bathroom had only been installed a few years’ prior. When I removed the tiles the plywood substrate had almost completely eroded. What was left was black and rotten.
